Currently, when a post is edited by anyone (author or someone else), there's an "edited" indicator. Its tooltip provides full details on hover.
It's be more informative to display (the more rare) situations where a non-author has done the edit more prominently, such as "edited by <name>". When the author made the edit, keep displaying it as is (no need to be verbose).
