Inconsistency between changeset and tracker closed behavior (closed changesets have green icon) github.com/shurcooL/notificationsapp#9

When a changeset is merged, it shows up in the notification center with a green icon. When a tracker thread is closed, it has a red icon.

I have three CSes out that will resolve this:
