Show package name in page title dmitri.shuralyov.com/website/gido#2

Currently the page title (HTML title tag) for the issue list of any package just says "Go Issues". It would be nice if the page title would also include the package name, so it's easier to find e.g. in browser history.

Thanks for the suggestion. Doing that makes sense.

How about the following title:

{{.ImportPath}} - Go Issues

Putting path first because it's unique and more important. godoc.org does the same.

Does that look like a good solution?
